Every time I phone I’m told something different, meanwhile I’m stuck in an office waiting. 20th June: I contact customer services to double check my item was out for delivery and was told “it will arrive between 1 and 5”! I’m not sure why I wasn’t told this vital piece of information yesterday!?! I’m hemorrhaging money on childcare (not to mention calls to customer service) and can’t get a straight answer. That’s the best they could offer - an 8 and a half hour window. 19th June: I call customer service as I had not been provided any information only to be told my item was out for delivery on the 16th but I cancelled it! I explained that I was told it had be returned to the depot to which the reply came “I done know why you were told that it was out for delivery”! I asked for an estimated delivery slot only to be told “between 9 and 5:30”. Saturday delivery was not possible so I arranged delivery for 20th June. I pointed out the tracking information clearly stated it was out for delivery but was told in no uncertain terms that it wasn’t and that I had to rearrange delivery. After waiting hours (and with the online tracking not giving me any more information) I called customer service and was informed “my parcel had been returned to the depot”. Maybe the most useless delivery service?ġ6th June: my parcel was due to delivered by the “end of the day”. It was so frustrating that there is no specific set window of delivery which can help avoiding unnecessary waiting at home whole day. ![]() however, then Advisor told that the shipment will be delivered by 20:00 so I had to wait 3 more hours. I was frustrated since I skipped my all out door activities just to receive the delivery since I want to receive it by myself being place under construction. on other hand I was in touch with their advisor, they were polite and helpful and said it will be delivered by 17:00, but after 1700 I was worried after reading so many -ve reviews of losing the shipment. Since morning, it was notified that the delivery will be anytime by the end of day but no one showed up till 17:00. ![]() And then the delivery date of 19th was set. Then eventually it moved on to UK on 17th. Had a shipment that as per DHL express tracking page, was supposed to arrive by 16th June 2023 but it didn't move out of Switzerland for 3 whole days. Had to be reserved & wait all day since no specific time window for delivery.
